All orders are shipped from Canada. Order processing time for items in-stock : 3-5 business days.

Pre-orders: Some items that are currently out-of-stock online are now available for pre-order. The turn around time for a pre-order is between 1 to 2 months, depending on where we are in the process of creating a new batch of ceramic trinkets. After placing a pre-order, you will receive an email with a more specific timeline of your pre-order. We will keep in touch with you as your order progresses and will ship it out as soon as it is completed.

The estimated standard shipping times for orders to the USA is 6-10 business days, for Canadian orders it is 6-12 business days.

How to take care of your ceramic piece:

- These pieces are fragile, please handle with care.
- Take it off when active.
- Take it off when sleeping.
- Keep it away from chemicals. Avoid using perfumes when in use.
- Remove when in water, do not use in the shower or when swimming.
- Avoid contact with rough or hard surfaces.
- When not in use, store in a soft-lined box.
- To clean, gently wipe with a soft jewelry cloth. You can also use warm, soapy water and a soft cloth for a deeper clean.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or polishing cloths.
